The dress code is cocktail attire for both the ceremony and the reception.

The church does not have its own parking lot, so we recommend parking at the nearby Ballston Public Parking Garage (627 N Glebe Rd - about a 10-15 min walk to the church, $3 for 3-4 hours). Alternatively, the church is one block from the Virginia Square Metro stop (orange and silver lines). It is also a 10-15 min walk from the Residence Inn Ballston and the Hilton Arlington. The reception venue has free parking for our guests. It is a 10-15 minute walk from the Rosslyn Metro station (orange, silver, and blue lines), but is a steep hill and might not be fun in nice outfits.

Due to limited venue space, we ask that you only bring those listed on your invitation.

Yes, both the church and reception venue have AC and both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. That said, DC is very hot and humid in July so pack accordingly for your free time!

The ceremony will begin at 2pm followed by a cocktail hour and reception beginning at 5:30pm. We don't want to keep you waiting while we take photos, so there will be a gap of a few hours between the ceremony and cocktail hour. We recommend going back to your hotel to freshen up or checking out coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping in the nearby Clarendon area.

No, we're both keeping our names so we'd prefer not to receive gifts with monograms or initials.

The decor will feature shades of blue, white, and lavender (bridesmaids dresses will be a bright navy blue), but guests are welcome to wear any color they choose.

You can let us know whether you and your guests will be attending by using the RSVP tab on the website or by mailing back the RSVP card in your invitation. Please respond no later than May 19.
